Susan Armstrong - Jewelry
"My life has been highlights of many creative endeavours. I have pursued knitting, sewing (including making parkas and other coats) and quilting.
For the past four years, I have been making unique chunky beaded jewellery. I have sold many of these works of art to collectors from as far away as British Columbia and Australia as well as at local settings in Grey, Bruce and Simcoe Counties.
I also paint landscapes in watercolour and oils, and I have experimented with textured acrylic paintings. Recently, I took part in a large group art show at the Leonard E. Shore Memorial Library in Thornbury, Ontario. This show proved to be successful for me as I sold many paintings.
I am grateful to have had the privilege of following these creative pursuits. As well as finding a ready market for my art works, I've become much more aware of my surroundings and feel more connected to the Creator of this world."
